5. Meetups and Safety
Tabeemap facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for in-person meetups. Users are solely responsible for their safety when meeting others. We recommend meeting in public places and taking appropriate safety precautions.
6. Freemium Model
Tabeemap offers both free and premium features. Free accounts receive a limited number of tokens for creating and joining check-ins. Premium subscriptions and additional features may be offered at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or post unsolicited commercial content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tabeemap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, including cost information and reviews. Use the service at your own discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tabeemap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to in-person meetups or reliance on user-generated content.
